What is an herbal consultation?

An herbal consultation is a one-on-one session where we explore your health concerns, lifestyle, and goals. I’ll develop a personalized herbal and wellness plan rooted in traditional plant wisdom and modern herbal knowledge.

What should I expect from a first appointment?

Initial consultations usually last 60–90 minutes. We’ll discuss your health history, current symptoms, daily routines, and more. Afterward, I’ll craft a customized herbal protocol tailored to your unique constitution and needs.

Do you prescribe herbs?

I don’t prescribe in the medical sense, but I do formulate and recommend herbal preparations, such as teas, tinctures, powders, and more, that support your wellness goals. You’re always encouraged to ask questions and make informed choices.

How do I prepare for my consultation?

Once you book, you’ll receive an intake form. Please complete it a week before our session. Think about your main concerns and goals, and gather any lab results, supplement lists, or medications you currently take.

Do you work with pets?

Not at this time. My practice is currently focused on humans only, but I can point you toward trusted practitioners for animal herbal care.

Do you offer virtual appointments?

Yes! Consultations are available via Zoom, Google Meet or phone for those outside my local area or who prefer remote sessions.

How do I schedule a consultation?

What are your rates?

You can find all pricing listed on the Consultations page. Sliding scale and limited low-cost spots may be available, please reach out if cost is a barrier.

Do you offer support for spiritual or energetic concerns?

Yes. As a Green Witch and practitioner of holistic care, I honor the mind-body-spirit connection. If appropriate, I may suggest flower essences, rituals, or lifestyle practices that support energetic wellness.
